  • Suitable for keto or low-sugar diets (depending on chocolate used)

📝 Ingredients:

Base:

  • 100g 70–85% dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)

Spice & Flavour:

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Optional: ½ tsp orange zest or cinnamon for added depth

Optional Fillings:

  • 1 tsp almond or peanut butter per cup (for center filling)
  • Crushed roasted almonds or pistachios for crunch
  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs for texture

🍽️ Instructions:

  1. Melt the Chocolate:
Break chocolate into pieces and melt gently using a double boiler or in the microwave (in 20-second bursts, stirring in between). Stir in coconut oil if using.
  2. Mix in the Spice:
Add cayenne pepper and any optional spices (like orange zest or cinnamon). Stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Fill the Molds:
Spoon melted chocolate into silicone mini muffin molds or candy cup molds. Fill halfway if adding nut butter, or to the top if leaving plain.
  4. Optional Filling:
If using nut butter, add ½ tsp into the center and top with more chocolate to cover.
  5. Top & Set:
Sprinkle each cup with flaky sea salt and any optional toppings (nuts, cacao nibs). Refrigerate or freeze for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
  6. Unmold & Store:
Pop out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge (up to 10 days) or freezer (up to 1 month).

🔄 Variations:

  • Chili-Orange Fusion: Add fresh orange zest to the chocolate for a citrus twist
