🍭 Chocolate Lollipops Recipe that is Easy, fun, and perfect for gifts or treats

🍫 Ingredients:

100g Callebaut Callets

For adults: Dark Chocolate Callets (54.5% or higher)

For kids: Milk Chocolate Callets (30–40%)

Optional Toppings:

Adults Toppings Crushed nuts, coconut, dried fruit, freeze-dried berries, chia seeds (small amount for texture, blends well with sprinkles), or sea salt

Kids Toppings: Hundreds & Thousands, Mini Smarties or M&M’s Minis, Jelly Tots, or Crushed Biscuits

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Melt the Callets:
    Gently melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave (short bursts, stir every 20 seconds).
  2. Prepare the Molds:
    Place your silicone lollipop mold on a flat tray or board for easy transfer. Insert lollipop sticks into the slots.
  3. Fill the Molds:
    Spoon or pour melted chocolate into each cavity. Tap the tray gently to remove air bubbles.
  4. Add Toppings (Optional):
    Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with your choice of toppings.
  5. Set in the Fridge:
    Chill for about 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  6. Pop Out and Enjoy:
    Gently remove from molds and store in a cool place or gift-wrap for parties.
