🍓 Chocolate-Covered Berries (Adult Version – Rich & Dark)
Chocolate-Covered Berries Ingredients
- 100g Callebaut Dark Chocolate Callets (No. 811, 54.5% or higher)
- 200g Fresh Strawberries ( raspberries, blueberries, blackberries can also work)
- Optional: Sea salt flakes, crushed pistachios, or cacao nibs for garnish
- Use sweeteners if desired but it shouldn’t be necessary with the natural sweetness of the berries
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the berries thoroughly. Moisture prevents chocolate from sticking properly.
2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler saucepan or in short bursts (20–30 sec) in the microwave, stirring in between.
3.Dip each berry halfway into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.
4.Place on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with sea salt or crushed nuts if desired.
5.Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
💡 Tip: Callebaut No. 811 is a high-quality couverture chocolate with a rich, smooth finish. It’s ideal for dark chocolate lovers and holds up well for dipping.
🍓 Chocolate-Covered Berries (Child-Friendly Version – Sweeter & Softer)

Instructions
- Wash and dry the berries well. Kids can help with this part!
- Melt the milk chocolate gently as above.
- Let the chocolate cool slightly so it’s warm, not hot (safer for kids).

- Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill until set.
Note: Avoid using keto sweeteners like erythritol for young kids — it can cause digestive upset. Milk chocolate is more suitable.
